Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Consultant in Sales Performance Management to leverage Anaplan and/or Varicent to transform client front-office sales strategies. You will lead workshops, shape solutions, and deliver business cases for sales performance improvements.

3+ years in Sales Performance Management and 2+ years in management or technology consulting are required. Deep knowledge of financial services, technology, healthcare or life sciences helps you tailor transformations for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales Performance Management domain experience leading sales transformations.
• Experience with Anaplan or Varicent.
• 2+ years of experience in management or technology consulting.
• Knowledge of Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in sales planning and incentive compensation management on Anaplan and/or Varicent.
• Transform front office sales strategies to help clients achieve top line growth and profitability.
