• Develop and optimize performance frameworks, segmentation strategies, value models, and incentive programs to drive growth and commercial effectiveness.
• Manage partner contracts, commission programs, and incentive structures, ensuring governance and alignment with objectives.
• Partner with Field Sales, Revenue Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Legal teams to support initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
