Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Overtime may be required.
• Strong keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create quotes and orders for clients.
• Coordinate and manage client orders and projects.
• Enter quotes and service requests for labor in the e-manage system.
• Communicate order status to client and team on a regular basis.
• Assist Sales with bids, RFQ responses, and submittals.
• Process client payments and monitor order progress.
