Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Kearneysville, WV is seeking a part-time Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales activities and customer orders. This role handles order processing, CRM/ERP data maintenance, reporting, and collaboration with Leadership.

Working 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday, you will prepare sales documents, update pricing, manage customer records, and assist with presentations and marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities and customer requests.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and CRM/ERP data.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other business analytics.
• Coordinate customer communications and provide order status updates.
• Support new customer setup and maintain sales documentation.
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
• Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales events.
• Assist with general office administrative functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
