Acme Brick Company in Alabama seeks a Sales Order Coordinator to act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, plants, and vendors, ensuring accurate order status and smooth production flow.

Qualifications include 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Receive, enter and maintain customer orders for commercial and large projects.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, and letters regarding sales orders.
• Coordinate order progress and status updates between customers, sales reps and plants/vendors.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining manufacturing and delivery priorities.
• Maintain CRM records of project status as projects move through design, bid and construction phases.
• Assist sales reps by preparing quotations, sales presentations, ordering samples, literature and other sales support activities.
