Aston Carter is seeking a Plant Service Coordinator for the East Aurora, NY site. This on-site contract role focuses on coordinating order management, delivery analysis, and cross-functional communication to support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong Excel and ERP aptitude, and a customer-first mindset. You will work with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure accurate, timely information and improved delivery performance.

Formación

• Manufacturing or production operations experience.
• Customer service coordination mindset in manufacturing context.
• Ability to prioritize customer requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Comfort using ERP systems to view and interpret data.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple orders and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in reviewing delivery data and metrics.
• Effective communication across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary plant liaison between remote customer care and on-site leadership.
• Manage delivery information updates for plants and products.
• Review and validate delivery requests to align with operations.
• Provide escalation support for delivery information issues.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with PK/RK analysis and improvements.
• Identify causes of detractors and recommend corrective actions.
• Support demand management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track open orders, quotes, and customer demand.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management across functions.
• Act as order management contact for demand filtering and holds.
• Support monthly order pull-in to meet sales commitments.
• Provide feedback to CSR management on order-entry errors.
• Monitor open order reports and fulfillment opportunities.
• Identify issues affecting delivery performance and resolve them.
