Qualifications

• Strong customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in managing OEM and Tier 1 automotive customer accounts.
• Prepare and process customer quotations, RFQs, and pricing documentation.
• Maintain and update customer contracts, pricing agreements, and sales records.
• Coordinate new launches and ensure smooth order execution.
• Supports program launch and cost walks related to engineering changes.
• Enter and track customer orders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Track pricing updates, cost changes, and margin analysis.
• Support budgeting and annual sales planning processes.
