Aston Carter is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to process customer orders in an ERP system and manage the fulfillment lifecycle with a ticketing/CRM setup. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and timely processing to ensure order integrity and customer satisfaction.

The position requires reliable data entry, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales and operations across multiple sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in order processing or customer service.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy.
• Experience using ERP systems to process and manage orders.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage work queues and customer information.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer purchase orders with high accuracy in the ERP system.
• Review POs against quotes to verify pricing and terms.
• Use the CRM to manage the work queue and verify certifications.
• Collaborate with sales to approve drop-ship orders and validate discounts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle email and phone communications, averaging about 10 calls per day.
• Support ongoing order fulfillment and process improvements.
