DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support role at our Wichita dealership to help greet customers, present vehicle features, and guide buyers through the purchasing process for a positive car-buying experience.

You will handle follow-ups, schedule test drives, and support multiple dealership operations while pursuing level 1 and 2 certifications and collaborating with sales and management teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or retail with a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to progress through multi-phase Level 1 and 2 certifications.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing—present features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
