Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a skilled professional to own SAP and CRM data processes, including quotation modules, across international and UK teams. You will drive system testing, implementation, and adoption while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Operations and Group teams to optimise pricing, orders and workflows. You will lead automate initiatives, standardise processes, and train colleagues to ensure sustained adoption and efficiency

Qualifikationen

• Own SAP and CRM data processes, including account structures and cleansing of duplicate records.
• Lead quotation module development and adoption to meet UK needs and coordinate with Sales, Operations and system teams.
• Standardise and automate SAP/CRM processes to reduce administration and improve data quality.
• Train and cross-train colleagues to support adoption and cover planned/unplanned absence.

Aufgaben

• Share daily Sales Desk activities and colleague cover, managing orders, quotations and enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Understand SAP functionality and related processes; assess proposed changes and advise Operations leadership.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance; coordinate issue resolution with UK, European and Group teams.
• Own data integrity across SAP/CRM and associated systems, including master data cleansing.
• Represent UK product, profit-centre and pricing requirements and resolve setup, ordering and downstream issues.
• Coordinate fixes and retesting; support approved changes from UK requirements through adoption.
• Monitor quotation outcomes and document acceptance or rejection with reasons.
• Instruct and support cross-functional developments to meet UK needs.
