Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC in Suwanee, GA seeks a Director of ERP & CRM to lead SAP and Salesforce strategy and delivery across the organization. This role drives architecture, governance and ROI while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

You will manage a blended IT organization, align technology with business objectives, and champion data security and change management to enable scalable digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT with ERP/CRM leadership.
• Proven track record implementing SAP and Salesforce at scale.
• Experience managing on-premises and cloud ERP/CRM; cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SAP & Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee ERP/CRM infrastructure, reliability and value delivery.
• Lead project delivery, change management and budgeting.
• Mentor IT teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
