Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation seeks a skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to support field sales tools, ERP systems, and data integrity. You will bridge field teams with internal departments, drive revenue-focused initiatives, and help maintain SAP-based processes and sales enablement platforms.

With a background in sales operations, you will collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, deliver analytics dashboards, and support the Corporate Accounts Team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum 2 years of sales, telesales, telemarketing or order management preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience & training.
• Experience with sales tactics or process preferred.
• Experience in a customer facing environment preferred.
• Experience with cross functional project management preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience with other sales enablement tools such as SalesForce is preferred

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, coordinates, and facilitates execution of initiatives or small projects focused on revenue goals.
• Provides ongoing usability support to field associates for sales enablement technologies.
• Manages and executes commercial activities driven by SAP functionality.
• Assists with ERP management for the commercial business with technical resources.
• Generates improvement strategies and documents processes for training material and repeatable execution.
• Collaborates to ensure master data quality and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing.
