Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Must have one year of experience in: (1) Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Analysis; (2) building data analysis and working with large data sets; (3) using Excel, SQL, and Python; (4) data visualization with tools such as Tableau, PowerBl, or AWS QuickSight; and (5) using artificial intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Primary Technical Owner of Amazon Freight’s Salesforce instance, overseeing CRM lifecycle from business case to post-launch support.
• Leads functional system design and implements scalable Salesforce configuration strategies.
• Enables cross-system integrations using AWS AppFlow; collaborates with BI, marketing, and sales operations teams.
• Implements security best practices: RBAC, MFA, IP restrictions, and user permissions.
• Develops and maintains Flow automations, validation rules, and approval processes; ensures data integrity.
• Trains users on core platform features and third-party tools such as RingLead and ZoomInfo.
• Builds dashboards and reports using SOQL/SQL to support real-time insights and ad hoc reporting.
• Domestic travel up to 5% to perform role responsibilities.
