Job summary

Ryerson, a leading provider of industrial metal products, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist in the US. You will support speed-to-quote initiatives, process orders in AS400 and SAP, and ensure accurate order tracking to delight customers.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors across the US, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to transactional growth while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of prior sales or industry experience.
• Customer-centric mentality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal Ryerson teams and external vendors across the US.
• Create and modify orders within AS400 and SAP systems.
