Convivial Brands ELC Inc in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Operations and Customer Service teams, align processes with strategic goals, and drive efficiency through data, technology, and process improvements.

You will own ERP data integrity, oversee order flow, commissions, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, IT, and Distribution, delivering measurable improvements in accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of Sales Operations, Customer Service Management, or related operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, order management, and business reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, manages, and holds accountable Sales Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Oversees customer service activities, order flow and management, sales tools, and issue resolution.
• Owns customer master data accuracy within the ERP and related systems; ensures data integrity.
