Job summary

Belk in Vidalia, GA is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will process inbound deliveries, prepare new merchandise for the floor, and support inventory accuracy with RFID tasks.

The role includes assisting with floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order fulfillment while maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Unload cartons from truck deliveries, sort by department, process, remove plastic, and hang items for sales floor readiness.
• Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes, including lighting, recycling, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support merchandising and fulfillment with floor sets, promotions, price changes, and packing customer orders.
• Replenish supplies, support store recovery, and organize tools and equipment for efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, policies, and store events to enhance execution.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by assisting customers during peak traffic and other tasks.
