Job summary

Belk is seeking a Support Flex Associate in Bainbridge, GA. This hourly role focuses on driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience by processing inbound deliveries, preparing merchandise for the floor, and supporting store operations and maintenance.

You will work with merchandising and store fulfillment teams on floor sets, promotions, price changes, and customer orders, while staying informed on products, policies, and store events to boost execution and customer

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable with technology including smartphones and Windows-based systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and separate cartons by department to ready products for the floor.
• Process sensor tag applications, transfers, damage processing and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including lighting, cleaning, and maintenance chores.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing for customers.
• Replenish stock, maintain cleanliness, organize tools and equipment for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during peak times.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store fulfillment teams and share knowledge with teammates.
• Follow safety protocols and asset protection procedures to minimize risk.
