ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Enablement Specialist in the United States to lead training for new specialists and own process documentation.

You will work with stakeholders across legal, deals desk, finance, and marketing to improve onboarding and establish best practices. The role requires 3–5 years in sales operations within software, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in PPT, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations within a software sales organization.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with CRM, CPQ and CLM systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead training and enablement for new Sales Operations Specialists.
• Create, modify and review process and training documentation.
• Collaborate on improving the new hire training program.
• Serve as SME for Sales Operations processes and procedures.
• Become a CPQ/CLM expert and participate in release cycles.
• Identify requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing.
