Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven Sales Operations experience in software sales.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ and CLM systems.
• Experience in Training & Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead for Training and Enablement of new Sales Operations Specialists within the org.
• Create, modify and review process and training documentation for the org.
• Collaborate on improving and revising the new hire training program.
• Act as SME of process and procedures for Sales Operations.
• Become a CPQ/CLM expert.
• Lead enablement projects and provide first-line training and systems support.
