Job summary

RepScrubs Corp. in Sanford, FL is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the execution and governance of sales processes, data, and training. You will work with Sales Operations leadership to roll out systems, maintain dashboards, and ensure CRM data accuracy across the team.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track KPIs, and help train the sales staff on standard tools and workflows, ensuring repeatable, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, business operations, project coordination, sales support, CRM administration, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including organizing initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM platforms and supporting technology adoption; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to sales processes and adoption; report gaps to leadership.
• Assist rollout and adoption of CRM functionality, dashboards, workflows, and tools.
• Support new Sales Operations initiatives with timelines, docs, and follow-up.
• Prepare recurring sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries; validate data.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for sales team; maintain training resources.
• Track training completion and post-training adoption; identify knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across departments; track action items.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for processes, systems, reports, and tools.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and reporting resources.
• Drive accountability; escalate gaps to leadership; follow-through on deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process, tech, or training improvements.
