Job summary

National Trade Productions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales systems, strengthen data integrity, and streamline processes that drive revenue and growth across the organization.

This role serves as the department expert for CRM and sales technology, ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and reports, training staff, and coordinating with IT, Accounting, Marketing, Event Services, and Operations in a hybrid work model that balances in-person collaboration with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, database administration, or a related sales role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, database research tools, and sales technology.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or floor plan software preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training and event support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales databases and technology platforms (HubSpot, a2z, MYS, ZoomInfo, Asana).
• Ensure database accuracy, integrity, and efficiency; manage lead imports and system setup.
• Serve as primary liaison with CRM/tech vendors and coordinate with IT on system support.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and technology.
• Develop and provide client, sales performance, financial, and internal reports.
• Support dashboards, mailing lists, commissions reporting, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Train new and existing employees on database systems, features, and processes.
• Lead or support research, sales, and cross-departmental projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Marketing, Event Services, and Operations on reporting, systems, and business needs.
• Provide sales support during peak periods or as needed.
