Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Revenue Systems Architect to own and optimize our GTM tech stack and data integrity across a global sales organization. You will deploy new tools, rewrite routing rules, and ensure flawless data governance in a high-velocity environment.

You will drive automation and system improvements from lead capture through revenue recognition, partnering with Finance and Marketing to align processes and reporting. High agency and proactive optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical RevOps specialist, CRM developer, or GTM systems specialist in a complex B2B enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with modern GTM tool stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, data enrichment platforms) with an understanding of relational database architecture and API integrations.
• Able to translate vague sales feedback into structured, technical system fixes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy changes within our CRM and GTM tech stack to optimize systems for a rapidly scaling global sales floor.
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks to speed up the quoting and deal processes.
• Govern data integrity with validation rules, audits, and integration syncs for forecasting models.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless data flow from lead capture to revenue recognition and capacity planning.
• Create clear technical documentation and train the operations team on new functionalities.
