Thales Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in Orlando, FL (Hybrid) to manage data, analytics, and forecasting for the M&S organization. You will automate tasks, design reports, and provide deep insights to drive sales performance across assigned accounts.

The role requires advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, strong analytics experience, and a track record of managing complex data models. Travel is possible; benefits and salary are discussed during hiring.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8+ years of relevant experience (Master’s with 4+ years acceptable).
• Strong Excel modeling and forecasting experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present insights clearly.

Mansioni

• Be the regional focal point for M&S performance reporting (OI, Sales, GM).
• Develop budgets by customer/platform/location and automate frequent tasks.
• Own commercial performance: forecast by Service Line and customer, update annual plans.
