Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Contract Sales channel in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment. You will manage order fulfillment, analyze data, and collaborate across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations contact for the Contract Sales team, handling order inquiries and process escalations.
• Manage daily operations: open orders, blocks, aged deliveries, credit holds, lifecycle reviews.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, inventory, and customer service for timely fulfillment.
• Analyze order and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver recurring business reports and order book reviews for leadership.
