Sportyjob is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead forecasting, analytics, and reporting for the North America sales organization. You will build dashboards, manage data feeds, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 7+ years in sales ops or similar, strong leadership, and advanced BI skills (Power BI, Snowflake). Hybrid work, PTO, and employee discounts are among the benefits.

• 7+ years in sales operations, business analytics, planning, finance, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Snowflake BI skills.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes.

• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Mansioni

• Forecast and consolidate sales forecasts across accounts, channels and categories.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and automated reports; manage data feeds and data modeling.
• Serve as primary admin for sales platforms and reporting tools; support CRM implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional data and reporting needs with Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
• Build and lead a high-performing Sales Analytics and Planning team.
