MASA is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, to design and scale the operational backbone for a growing multi-product insurance business. Based in the greater Fort Lauderdale area, this hybrid role partners with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to translate strategy into execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations within a structured sales environment.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, reporting, and operational analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms with focus on data accuracy and usability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong Office Suite skills.

Mansioni

• Build, document, and optimize scalable sales processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks across multiple supplementary distribution channels.
• Manage sales compensation programs, including commission structures, incentive plans, payout validation, and modeling to align performance with goals.
• Oversee CRM systems and sales technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics (revenue, conversions, productivity, cost efficiency).
• Support forecasting and budgeting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and operational insights.
• Provide operational sales support and deal desk oversight while coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and carriers.
