Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three to five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assigned business lines or functional areas within the Business Banking Segment.
• Conduct research and analysis to assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle.
• Enable effective communication of technical or complex operational functions to bankers in an accessible and actionable manner.
• Address escalations and collaborate with partners to resolve issues and defects with processes identified through inquiries
• Facilitating communications across the segment
• Managing queue processing
