U.S. Bank is seeking a Sales Operations Support Analyst to support the Business Banking Segment, focusing on the Sales Validation Process and incentive calculations.

You will research inquiries across Salesforce, nCino, and Digital Tools, supporting deposit operations for interest rate exceptions and bonus research. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days three or more per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three to five years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or nCino CRM.
• Experience with Hogan and Fusion.
• Working knowledge of Power BI to present data clearly.
• Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP).
• Help desk support experience and translating technical concepts for bankers.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to assigned business lines within the Business Banking Segment.
• Conduct research and analysis to assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle.
• Communicate complex operational functions in an accessible way.
• Address escalations and collaborate to resolve issues and defects.
• Facilitate communications across the segment and manage queue processing.
