U.S. Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Support Analyst to back Business Banking sales and operations. You will analyze the sales validation process, support incentive calculations, and help deploy banking products using Salesforce, nCino, and companion tools.

This role blends analysis with practical implementation support across platforms. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong data visualization skills, and a collaborative approach to resolving issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or nCino.
• Experience with Hogan and Fusion.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Hybrid schedule with in‑office 3+ days.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to assigned business lines within the Business Banking Segment.
• Conduct research and analysis to assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle.
• Enable effective communication of technical or complex operational functions to bankers in an accessible and actionable manner.
• Address escalations and collaborate with partners to resolve issues and defects with processes identified through inquiries.
• Facilitate communications across the segment and manage queue processing.
