Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly technical Reporting & Analytics Analyst to drive the modernization of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data platforms supporting Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Sales organizations.

This role leverages Salesforce, nCino, PrecisionLender, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable data solutions, dashboards, and actionable business insights for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise reporting across Salesforce, nCino, Tableau, and data platforms.
• Lead or support data migration and reporting modernization efforts to cloud analytics.
• Develop scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self‑service reporting for executives.
