U.S. Bank is seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Support Analyst to provide comprehensive support to business lines within the Business Banking Segment.

This role supports the Sales Validation Process for production and incentive calculations and aids the implementation of new banking products or services. The role also supports bankers through researching inquiries across Sales Enablement functions, including Salesforce and nCino, and Digital Tools such as Virtual Document Signing and Seismic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three to five years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and nCino CRM preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to assigned business lines within the Business Banking Segment.
• Conduct research and analysis to assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle.
• Enable effective communication of technical or complex operational functions to bankers in an accessible and actionable manner.
• Address escalations and collaborate with partners to resolve issues and defects with processes identified through inquiries.
• Facilitating communications across the segment.
• Managing queue processing.
