CHG Healthcare is seeking a Process & Technology Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own day-to-day CRM administration, build KPI dashboards, and lead automation and AI tool adoption to improve sales workflows.
You will coordinate with product and engineering teams, support platform rollouts, and maintain documentation. A strong background in CRM, dashboards, and AI-driven process improvement is essential.
CompHealth is the nation’s largest locum tenens staffing agency, offering more than 100 physician specialties, as well as permanent physician placement and both temporary and permanent allied healthcare staffing. At CompHealth, we are known for our employee-centric culture, strong core values and providing outstanding customer service. With CompHealth you can love what you do and impact the lives of millions of patients ever year. CompHealth is looking for a Process & Technology Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. Sales Operations supports CompHealth's sales divisions by improving how the business runs, from the tools people use every day to the processes that connect teams across the organization. As a Process & Technology Specialist, you will own day-to-day administration of our sales technology stack, build and maintain the dashboards and automations that keep the team running, and support the steady rollout of new platforms and features. This role will report to the Director of Business Operations.
Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce), including user access, field and workflow maintenance, and data hygiene enforcement. Build and maintain the KPI dashboards and inspection tooling Sales Operations is accountable for, including frontline-facing margin and productivity dashboards. Identify and build process automations across the sales tech stack (pipeline stage triggers, alerts, handoffs), and provide hands‑on support for new platform rollouts, including FOX to Lightning, the new CST tool, and ongoing PST feature releases. Lead hands‑on execution of AI tool adoption (Claude and others): running training sessions, documenting use cases, tracking usage patterns, and surfacing gaps for leadership to evaluate. Serve as the tier-1 liaison to CHG product and engineering teams for day-to-day rollout coordination and UAT participation, escalating strategic decisions to leadership. Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures for the systems this role administers.
Working knowledge of CRM administration (Salesforce or similar), including user management, workflows, and data hygiene practices. Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards and reports without requiring deep technical or BI support. Hands‑on experience or strong interest in AI tools and how they apply to process automation and training, with direct experience using Claude being a plus. Process‑minded and organized, with the ability to manage multiple automation and rollout workstreams at once. Clear communicator who can support and train sales staff through technology and process changes.
3+ years of experience in sales/business operations, CRM administration, or a related technical support role. Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands‑on Salesforce configuration experience. Hands‑on experience with Claude (or a similar AI platform) for workflow automation is strongly preferred.
