Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support for the sales team and assist area managers
• Invoicing of progress billings and follow-up on payments
• Process orders in SAP and handle RFQs for the Americas
• Coordinate with sales team and maintain CRM data quality
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities
• Liaise with Field Service planning and AR support
