Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to independently manage the sales operations order-execution process for assigned accounts. You will provide high-level service and resolve order issues across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include booking orders, coordinating cross-department meetings, and ensuring data integrity in ERP before customer portal submission. You will collaborate with Product Engineering and Customer Service to drive timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
• Minimum of two years' experience in a sales operations specialist role; IT-related/IT manufacturing-related background preferred

Responsibilities

• Accept and book customer orders with complete/accurate documents before booking
• Schedule, facilitate and moderate cross-department meetings to review order status and escalate issues
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to resolve engineering change orders and ensure accurate revisions
• Identify order process improvements and update external workflows for future error-free submissions
• Own customer profiles in ERP to ensure data integrity before pushing to Hatch portal
• Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
