Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a Client Operations Specialist to assist Client Directors, protect and grow gross margin, and elevate client service. This role develops long-term relationships with assigned accounts and ensures proactive, high-quality post-sales support.

Must be in MST/PST; Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years in tech sales support. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and CRM teams to smooth transactions and maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of Sales Support preferred in the Technology industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent self-starter with creative problem solving.
• History of working in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate resources to ensure satisfaction.
• Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors.
• Address questions/issues and provide timely solutions with internal/external teams.
• Prepare customer pricing and proposals per account according to set parameters.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for discounts and fast pricing requests.
• Accept all customer orders and verify documents before booking.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable on invoices.
• Maintain Client Profiles and quotes history to support current quotes and proposals.
• Provide value-add services (SLA, PPT, presentations, order history) with clear client understanding.
