Job summary

Echodyne seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to own the front end of the customer order process. You will review POs and T&Cs, coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Sales, and ensure orders are compliant before ERP entry.

You will help scale the business, reduce processing delays, and ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Order Management while maintaining audit trails and documentation. This exempt US-based role offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing commercial documents, purchase orders, and customer T&Cs.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus, but not the primary responsibility).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Basic contract/commercial knowledge (legal background is a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer purchase orders (POs) and Terms & Conditions before orders are accepted.
• Identifying non-standard or risky contract language.
• Coordinating approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring approval matrices and delegation of authority are followed.
• Verifying pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and commercial requirements.
• Making sure all required documentation is complete before the order enters ERP.
• Acting as the gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management to prevent downstream issues.
• Tracking approval status and ensuring timely turnaround.
• Maintaining documentation and audit trails.
