Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to independently manage the sales operations order execution process for assigned accounts. This role provides high-touch service and issue resolution across internal and external clients.

The position requires coordinating with warehouse, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure orders are booked, fulfilled on time, and data in the Hatch portal remains accurate. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
• Two years in a sales operations specialist role; IT or IT manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and book customer orders after verifying documents.
• Schedule and moderate cross-departmental meetings to review order status and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to resolve engineering change requests and update orders accordingly.
• Identify order process improvement opportunities and align customer workflows for error-free submissions.
• Own customer profiles in the ERP system to maintain data integrity before pushing to Hatch portal.
