Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 2 (Operations) to blend sales expertise with operational responsibilities. You will execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive repeat visits, and achieve sales per hour targets while meeting KPIs.

Beyond core sales, you will support standard work, assist with operational customer functions, and manage cash office activities according to established standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Computer Skills: experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and meet Sales Per Hour thresholds.
• Review daily sales results and complete monthly proficiency plans.
• Maintain guest satisfaction survey scores at or above store goals and follow up on guest emails.
• Assist store leadership in resolving guest escalations, returns, exchanges and discounts per SOP.
• Process all payment transactions accurately and perform cash office duties per security policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Commercial & Trade programs and drive outreach to business clients.
• Perform Sales Specialist-1 and Sales Specialist-2 Standard Work and follow routines for planning and events.
• Ensure SOP adherence and alignment with commercial objectives from concept through delivery.
