Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist 2 (Ops) to combine guest engagement with operations, delivering a positive guest experience while meeting sales KPIs. The role requires maintaining cash office and adherence to standard work, with duties spanning customer interactions, follow-ups, escalations, and SOP compliance.

The position includes benefits eligibility and a pay range of $19.15–$24.85 per hour, with overtime and potential bonuses based on KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in direct customer interaction environment preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced store.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for daily reporting and documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute Guest Engagement Model to meet or exceed SPH thresholds.
• Maintain Sales Specialist-1 Standard work for Operations.
• Open/Close Vault and process cash and checks according to SOP.
• Handle guest emails and CRM follow-ups; resolve escalations, returns, and discounts.
• Drive proficiency in the Guest Engagement Model to link behaviors with sales outcomes.
