Job summary

Living Spaces in Huntington Beach is hiring a Sales Specialist 2 (Operations) to blend sales skills with operations duties. You will execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to drive guest experiences and sales per hour while hitting KPI targets.

The role also supports operational functions, handles standard cash office tasks, and assists leadership with escalations, returns, and discounts, ensuring SOP compliance and accurate payment processing.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• Experience with high volume operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and meet Sales Per Hour thresholds.
• Review daily sales results and complete monthly proficiency plans.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores at or above store goals and follow up on guest emails/CRM tickets.
• Assist leadership with guest escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Process all payment transactions accurately and perform Cash Office duties per policy.
• Ambassador for Commercial & Trade programs; drive outreach and relationships with business clients.
• Perform Sales Specialist-1 and 2 standard work and follow routines for planning, lead tracking, and events.
• Ensure SOP compliance and consistency across processes.
