Job summary

Living Spaces in Fresno, CA is seeking a Sales Specialist 2 (Operations) to blend customer-focused selling with day-to-day operations. You will execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to drive guest satisfaction, repeat visits, and sales per hour while hitting KPIs.

In addition to core sales duties, you will support operational functions, maintain the cash office, and perform standard work. Previous retail experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• High-volume sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency with the Guest Engagement Model to meet sales per hour targets.
• Review daily sales results and complete monthly proficiency plans.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and resolve CRM tickets promptly.
