Job summary

Tasso, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to serve as the primary contact for sales support, handling order management and CRM support with the Sales team.

The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and requires at least three years in B2B sales support, with strong CRM skills (Salesforce) and solid Microsoft Office proficiency. The environment offers a collaborative culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce or other systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal order requests with precision, maintaining accuracy across CRM, ERP, and 3PL.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to prioritize and ship orders correctly.
• Maintain CRM data and customer approvals; respond to inquiries via phone or email.
• Coordinate sales samples for customers and trade shows.
• Analyze non-routine issues with independent judgement.
• Improve CRM processes for data validity and reporting.
• Uphold the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
