B&T USA is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of the Sales Department. The role involves processing orders, updating customer records, and preparing reports to help drive sales efficiency.

You will coordinate with logistics, maintain files and databases, and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate sales orders.
• Clear communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales department with administrative tasks and update customer accounts.
• Process sales orders via email or phone.
• Review and maintain accurate customer account data.
• Maintain department records and databases for suppliers, sales, and customers.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, proposals, quotes, bids, and invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with sales regulations.
