Job summary

SPR is seeking a Patient Support Associate to collaborate with the Sales Team and Director of Sales Training and Patient Support in delivering best-in-class patient service. This role focuses on clinical support, patient follow-up, and effective communication to optimize treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-procedure data collection, ensuring accurate documentation, and leveraging CRM tools to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a clinical, healthcare, or science field.
• Experience with patient support or clinical settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy in interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in patient onboarding and treatment coordination.
• Provide clinical support on device utilization and troubleshooting.
• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure successful implantation.
• Deliver product follow-up and patient support by phone or virtual formats.
• Educate patients on product benefits and proper clinical use.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to optimize CRM data entry.
• Assist in collecting and recording pre-procedure, procedure, and follow-up data.
• Support handling complaints and feedback; coordinate with Quality.
• Maintain knowledge of SPR products and communicate with staff.
