Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, help desk operations or systems development.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research and testing.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and MicroStrategy or BI tools.

• Support sales enablement and ensure consistent operation.
• Assist with Salesforce and BI tool usage for Clients, Sales and Account Managers.
• Educate and train Account Managers on Salesforce functionality.
