Job summary

SPR is seeking a Sales Operations Associate in Cleveland, OH to support the regional sales team and optimize field operations. You will leverage Salesforce to manage accounts, contacts, POs, and quotas, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Quality and Accounting, supporting order processing and patient data entry, and assisting with shipments and field inventory.

Qualifications

• Prefer bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to keep work organized, self-prioritize, and be a team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Supports regionally assigned Sales Team members to ensure their success in the field.
• Maximizes use of CRM (Salesforce.com) for sales operations and related records.
• Ensures information in Salesforce is accurate and timely.
• Liaisons between Sales Team and other SPR departments (Quality, Accounting).
• May support Sales Team and Collections with PO receipts and invoicing requests.
• Supports Sales Patient Data Entry and patient procedural/baseline data.
