Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of prior sales or industry experience.
• Customer-centric mentality.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Quickly build strong relationships with internal Ryerson employees and external vendors throughout the US.
• Create and modify orders within AS400/SAP.
• Wear many hats and pay great attention to detail.
• Keep internal employees informed about order tracking and lead times in the sales process.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems and ensure timely product delivery.
• Keep detailed records of tracking material.
• All other duties as assigned or may change at any time.
