W.W. Williams is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the General Sales Manager and Generator Sales staff. The role involves handling phone inquiries, acting as the Salesforce power-user, and preparing renewal contracts for customers.

Responsibilities include updating Salesforce with activities, scheduling meetings, managing vendor portals with HS&E, and coordinating new customer accounts while ensuring credit approvals are completed. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls for the Sales Department, taking and delivering messages as necessary.
• Acts as divisional Power-user for the CRM system (Salesforce), including training new sales staff.
• Compiles renewal contracts for customers using Salesforce and explains contracts to customers.
• Schedules meetings and activities in Salesforce for the salesperson.
• Manages vendor portals and HS&E information with the HS&E team.
• Coordinates with sales and service teams to create new customer accounts in Karmak and Salesforce and completes credit approvals.
• Tracks sales activity and prepares reports for management and customers.
