Job summary

W.W. Williams seeks a Sales Administrator in Wakefield, MA to support the General Sales Manager and generator sales staff. You will handle calls, manage CRM data in Salesforce, and prepare renewal contracts for customers.

Responsibilities include updating sales activities in Salesforce, coordinating new accounts in Karmak, generating reports, and assisting with vendor portals and travel as needed. This role requires strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls for the Sales Department and delivers messages as necessary.
• Acts as divisional power-user for Salesforce and trains new staff.
• Compiles renewal contracts for customers in Salesforce and explains them to customers.
• Updates sales activities in Salesforce and schedules meetings for the sales staff.
• Facilitates implementation of new vendor portals with HS&E team.
• Coordinates with sales and service to create new customer accounts in Karmak and Salesforce, including credit approvals.
• Tracks sales activity and prepares regular reports for the General Sales Manager and customers.
• Prepares reports/presentations using Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Administers special projects and other duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager.
• Plans and organizes logistics for divisional sales meetings and events.
• Attends sales meetings and notes items to follow up on.
• Occasionally assists in travel arrangements for the General Sales Manager and staff.
