Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an ACE Trainee for the Sales & Operations Development Program in Parkrose, OR. This 12‑month accelerated experience provides rotations across warehouse, sales, operations, and project management to build commercial and leadership capabilities.

ACE Trainees work with experienced leaders, participate in targeted training, and explore diverse career paths within Rexel after successful program completion.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Operations, and Project Management to build broad business knowledge.
• Work with Rexel leaders to support real business priorities and projects.
• Elective rotations allow tailoring experience toward the trainee's interests and career goals.
